 Why Obtain an Economics Minor?

The minor in economics is meant to supplement a technical and specialized degree. It provides depth and breadth to a university education and provides an expanded understanding of the roles of decision makers in an economy as well as the role of government in an economy. Additionally, the minor in economics serves as a strong background for professional degrees such as the MBA, Law and actuarial science.
