Operations and Systems Management

Graduates who specialize in Operations and Systems Management (OSM) are employed in supply chain and logistics, operations management and quality management in both service and manufacturing to more effectively manage businesses. Opportunities exist for professional certification and certified production and inventory management, certified quality auditor, certified quality engineer, and certified quality manager.

There are numerous entry level and career-track opportunities in the field of OSM. The types of careers available include quality management, operations and production management, consultant, analyst, planner, scheduler, supply chain management, banking operations, airline operations support, health care administration, project manager, and administrator.
