Step by Step Tutorial

Purpose of this Site

The purpose of the site is to allow you as the holder or renter of a property to reach to potential renters of your property. By filling out the form as completely as possible, you will be able to display your property accurately and provide renters with good contact information. The fields denoted with a * are required fields, these fields must be filled out or your form will not submit properly into our system.

Step One: Register on the System as a Landlord

Fill out the form, please enter an ID that will uniquely identity you on the site

In case you recieve an error "UserID already exists", someone is already using this UserID. Please note: Since no spaces are allowed in your ID, use an underscore to fill spaces. For example if your name is Joe Smith, some suggestions for UserID's would be:

jsmith joes joesmith1 joesmith_1

Also, Be Sure to Write Down Your Password so that you can log onto the site in the future. Do not use information like name, address, phone number, etc. for your password, try to use something that only you would remember. Your password is kept on the system so that even the administrators cannot access it.

After you have completed the form, either press "Reset" to start over again (if you would like to start over again), or press submit to enter your information into the system.

Step Two: Confirmation

Once the form has been successfully submitted onto our site, you will recieve a page that says "information successfully submitted". Once this message is display you will be able to successfully login at the login page you encountered previously.

Step Three: Register Your Properties

Upon completion of registration as a user, you will need to enter your properties into the system. To accomplish this, you need to first login to the site. Once you are logged into the system, fill out the Housing Form as completely as possible to register your properties. Again, all required fields are denoted with a * .

Once you have completed the information on your properties, either click on clear button to start over again, or click submit to finish the entry.

You will be drawn to a screen that says "information updated" after clicking on the screen.

Step Four: Adding, Changing and Removing Property Information

Once you are on the system, you have the ability to change information as needed. You can also make records "hidden" so that a property that is currently being rented, but will be open later, can remain on the system.
