The Good Test A TEST TO DETERMINE YOUR FUTURE Answer the questions as honestly as possible. Your answers are not being recorded. 1. Do you consider yourself to be a good person?  Yes  No  2. Have you EVER told a lie? (even a little white lie  Yes  No  3. What do you call someone who tells lies? (Hint: The answer is not "sinner," or "normal," or "human" -- specifically someone who lies is called a...) 4. Have you EVER stolen anything? (even something small or not valuable)  Yes   No  5. Have you EVER looked at someone with lust?  Yes   No  7. Jesus said, "Whosoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery already with her in his heart." So lust is the same as what? If you answered "yes" to "Have you EVER told a lie?" then you are, by your own admission, a liar. If you answered "yes" to "Have you EVER stolen anything?" then you are a thief. If you answered "yes" to "Have you EVER looked at someone with lust?" then you've committed adultery ...and we've only looked at 3 of the 10 Commandments! 8. Knowing that God has seen your thought-life and every deed done in darkness, will you be innocent or guilty when you stand before him on Judgment Day?  Guilty Innocent THE BIG QUESTION Do you think you'll go to Heaven or Hell? Most people say "Heaven," because they imagine God will just "overlook" their sin. But if a judge in Florida turns "a blind eye" to the Mafia, then we recognize he is corrupt and should be brought to justice himself. If God were to turn a blind eye to a man who rapes a woman then slits her throat, then God himself would be corrupt -- but the Bible tells us just the opposite. It warns us that God is SO good, that he will not only punish murderers and rapists, but also thieves, adulterers and liars. He will punish ALL sin, right down to every idle word that men speak. The Bible warns, "There is a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." The only thing you can do to be saved from His wrath, is to repent and put your faith in the Savior, Jesus Christ. When He died on the Cross, he took the punishment for our sins. He stepped into the Courtroom and paid the fine for us. Then he rose from the dead, defeating death. To find peace with God pray something like this, "God, please forgive my sins [NAME THEM], I turn from them and put my faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and my Savior."
